Adams Price has more than 30 total years of experience in strategic planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions (M&A); transaction development and execution; profit and loss (P&L) management; consulting services delivery in strategic services; ERP selection and implementation; e-commerce strategy, selection, and implementation; and management consulting. In addition, he has 15 years of direct experience in M&A transactions and capital formation transactions.
Adams joins EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC most recently from The Forbes M+A Group, where he was a managing director. While at Forbes, Adams successfully led buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory projects for clients across industries, including software, business services, digital marketing, light manufacturing, distribution, clean tech, and construction. Adams was also a member of the executive team at Forbes, helping formulate and execute strategic initiatives for growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Forbes, in 2002, Adams co-founded and was managing partner of the Vérto Group, a boutique national and international investment bank executing buy-side, sell-side, and capital formation transactions in the technology space in the U.S., the EU, Israel, and portions of the Pacific rim.
In 2000, Adams became senior vice president of operations for ecommerce software and services at Izodia, working at the company’s global headquarters in London. There, he led service delivery, pre- and post-sales integration, customer acquisition and development, global pursuit tracking, and revenue forecasting. He managed Izodia’s largest customer relationship and led P&L, business development, operations management, and recruiting efforts.
Prior to Izodia, Adams was managing partner of the Colorado branch of Whittman-Hart, a management and technology consulting firm, which grew from 75 consultants and $9 million in revenue to 150 and $20 million in two years. He led a broad range of practices in IT consulting, ecommerce, J.D. Edwards’s customer relationship management, and network infrastructure. His customers included StorageTek, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and Qwest Communications.
Outside of work, Adams enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, his daughter, Corinne, and Talulah (the family dog). He also enjoys fly fishing, golfing, volunteering at Denver Mile High Rotary, and spending far too much time in the kitchen.

Lori Gibson has more than 30 years of experience in both industry and public accounting. Her experience includes middle-market transaction services, including more than 80 buy- and sell-side transactions in a wide variety of industries. In her role as service area head of the consulting group at EKS&H LLLP, Lori led the negotiations of the firm’s two largest acquisitions and increased the consulting revenue by over 500% in her tenure. As a senior partner at EKS&H LLLP, Lori built and led the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) group for more than five years, supervising more than 150 transactions with enterprise value of more than $1 billion. Lori also has deep experience in financial analysis and management, all facets of accounting functions and policy/procedures, strategic planning for both management and owner groups, and management consulting.
Prior to joining EKS&H LLLP, Lori served in industry where she negotiated several small divestures for a local retail tire distributor. Lori also owned her own CPA and consulting firm from 1986 to 1993, where she and her partner focused on auditing and small business consulting.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, their five children, 15 grandchildren, and large extended family. She also enjoys golfing, reading, travel, karaoke, and playing card games.

An investment banker and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) consultant since 2013, Aaron Linnebach has led or contributed significantly to the successful execution over 20 transactions, totaling nearly $800 million, across a variety of sectors, including healthcare technology, medical services, niche manufacturing, specialty distribution, business services, consumer products, and real estate. In 2015, he joined EKS&H LLLP to provide M&A consulting and transaction analysis to firm clients going through the transaction process and to help develop and launch EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining EKS&H LLLP, he served as a vice president of investment banking at a Colorado-based investment bank helping middle-market clients buy, sell, and recapitalize their companies.
Before this, he served in the audit practice of a Big Four accounting firm where he specialized in investments valuation for some of the largest institutional investors and fund houses in the U.S. He began his career in industry within the finance department of a mental healthcare provider in Arizona, where he served as finance director. During this time, he helped guide the company through a debt restructuring and ultimately to a successful sale to a large, private equity-backed mental healthcare provider. He holds his Series 79, is an active CPA in the state of Colorado, and is a registered person with DCF, LLC.
Aaron and his wife, Dani, moved to Colorado with their two children in 2011 and have spent the past six years exploring as many parts as possible of the state they now call home.

Jayson Gitt has more than 10 years of diverse experience in financial services, including corporate finance initiatives, such as sourcing and structuring capital for debt and equity transactions. He has managed complex client portfolios and relationships, raised and managed private equity funds, and has experience in management and financial consulting. Jayson has represented business owners and shareholders, corporate clients, entrepreneurs, investors, and lenders in transactions exceeding $600 million in enterprise value. Jayson holds a series 7 and 63 qualification and is registered as a representative of DCF, LLC.
In his free time, Jayson enjoys working out, playing golf, snow skiing, hiking, attending Denver Broncos games, and travelling the world, but his greatest joy is found in being a husband to Suzanne and dad to Sydney and Jonah. Jayson and Suzanne live in Castle Rock, Colorado.
